The invention discloses a cylindrical air bag tiling and folding model for computer simulation and an optimization method, the surface of an air bag is composed of two end round surfaces and a middle cylindrical surface, the two end round surfaces are tiled and folded towards the inside of the cylindrical surface, the surface of the air bag is folded into four layers of planes, the first layer is a first outer plane, and the second layer comprises a first inner plane and a second inner plane; the third layer comprises a third inner plane and a fourth inner plane, and the fourth layer is a second outer plane. The circular surfaces at the two ends of the cylindrical airbag can be completely folded into the cylindrical surface of the airbag, so that the boundary dimension of a tiled folding model is greatly reduced; the tiling and folding modeling method is simple, and by setting the distance between the short top edges of the trapezoidal surfaces of the four inner planes and the symmetrical transverse axis of the folding model, the outline of the tiling and folding model of different sizes can be obtained through adjustment according to the actual engineering situation; and a final tiling and folding model can be determined by optimally calculating the height value of the trapezoidal surface.

    本发明公开了一种用于计算机仿真的圆柱形气囊平铺折叠模型及优化方法,气囊表面由两端圆面和中间圆柱面组成,其两端圆面向圆柱面的面内平铺折叠,将气囊表面折叠成四层平面,第一层为第一外平面,第二层包含第一、第二内平面,第三层包含第三、第四内平面,第四层为第二外平面。本发明能够将圆柱形气囊两端的圆面完全折叠进气囊的圆柱面内,大大缩小了平铺折叠模型的外形尺寸;平铺折叠建模方法简单,通过设定四个内平面的梯形面的短顶边与折叠模型对称横轴的间距,可以按工程实际情况调节得到不同大小的平铺折叠模型的外形轮廓;通过优化计算梯形面的高度值,可以确定最终的平铺折叠模型。
