The invention provides a floor calibration algorithm applied to a safety detection system of a construction hoist. According to the technical scheme, firstly, height data when a lift car is static at the lowest layer is recorded; when the elevator car ascends to the end of the current floor height and stops, recording the height data of the position where the elevator car is located at the moment as current height data, and recording the number of floors in the passing interval in the ascending process; and on the basis, the steps are repeatedly executed. According to the method, a multi-section type grading input floor height calibration mode is established, and for a building with different floor heights needing to be calibrated, the difference value of the AD values of the sensors after passing through several floors is recorded and subjected to algorithm processing, so that the tedious operation that each floor needs to be calibrated once is omitted. The problems of tedious floor calibration, low efficiency and the like are efficiently solved, the operation is not easy to make mistakes, meanwhile, the defect of repeated jumping of floor number display is overcome, and data display is more stable.

    本发明提供了一种应用于施工升降机安全检测系统下的楼层标定算法。该技术方案首先记录轿厢静止在最低层时的高度数据;当升降机轿厢上行至当前层高结束处并停止后,将此时升降机轿厢所处位置的高度数据记录为当前高度数据,并记录此上行过程中经过的区间楼层数;在此基础上,重复执行以上步骤。本发明建立多段式分级录入的层高标定方式,针对需要标定多层不同层高的建筑,记录经过几层后传感器AD值的差值进行算法处理,省去了每层都需要标定一次的繁琐操作。本发明高效解决了楼层标定繁琐、效率低等问题,而且操作不易出错,同时克服了楼层数显示反复跳变的缺陷,使数据显示更加稳定。
