The invention discloses a control method for limiting the change rate of output torque of a miniature electric vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of miniature electric vehicles and comprises the following steps: acquiring opening data of an accelerator pedal and a current torque rotating speed value of a motor by utilizing a vehicle control unit; based on the accelerator pedal opening degree data and the current torque rotating speed value of the motor, an accelerator pedal opening degree-torque curve is constructed, and an accelerator pedal torque analytic value under the current accelerator pedal opening degree is obtained; limiting the accelerator pedal torque analysis value according to a torque change rate limiting method to obtain a plurality of torque correction values; all the torque correction values serve as torque request values through a vehicle control unit, a motor is requested to output corresponding torque, and the miniature electric vehicle is driven to run; the problems that an existing electric automobile torque control method is single in judgment form and insufficient in torque output optimization are solved.

    本发明公开了一种微型电动汽车输出扭矩变化率限制的控制方法,属于微型电动汽车技术领域,包括如下步骤:利用整车控制器获取加速踏板开度数据和电机当前扭矩转速值;基于加速踏板开度数据和电机当前扭矩转速值构建加速踏板开度‑扭矩曲线,得到当前加速踏板开度下的加速踏板扭矩解析值;根据扭矩变化率限制方法限制加速踏板扭矩解析值,得到若干扭矩修正值;利用整车控制器将各扭矩修正值作为扭矩请求值,并请求电机输出对应扭矩,驱动微型电动汽车行驶;本发明解决了现有电动汽车的扭矩控制方法判断形式单一和扭矩输出优化不足的问题。
