The invention belongs to the technical field of steel rail flaw detection, and aims to solve the problems that the original rolling friction is changed into rolling friction and sliding friction which are mixed and crossed due to the fact that the friction force between a wheel flange and the inner side of a steel rail is increased under the thrust of a spring when a walking wheel moves; the separated type walking wheel encoder comprises a steel rail, a centering connecting rod, supports and walking wheels, the supports are arranged at the two ends of the centering connecting rod, the walking wheels are arranged at the positions, located at the two ends, in the supports, the walking wheels are arranged on the surface of the steel rail, and the centering connecting rod is arranged on the steel rail. Shaft type encoders are arranged in the walking wheels; according to the invention, the walking wheel encoder is further designed in a separated manner, so that the roller and the rim are designed to rotate independently, and the roller is ensured not to be influenced and always kept in a rotating state when relatively large friction is formed between the rim and a steel rail.

    本发明属于钢轨探伤技术领域,用于解决在走行轮移动时,由于轮缘受到弹簧的推力,与钢轨内侧摩擦力变大,导致出现本来的滚动摩擦变为滚动摩擦和滑动摩擦混合交叉的情况,但当出现滑动摩擦时,一体式走行轮编码器就会出现打滑的现象的问题,具体是分离式走行轮编码器,包括钢轨、对中连杆、支架以及走行轮,所述对中连杆的两端均设置有支架,且支架的内部位于两端的位置均设置有走行轮,所述走行轮设置于钢轨表面,所述走行轮的内部设置轴式编码器;本发明通过对走行轮编码器做了进一步分离式设计,使滚轮和轮缘为分别独立旋转设计,能够在轮缘与钢轨之间形成较大摩擦时,保证滚轮不受影响并始终保持转动状态。
