The invention provides a sleeving structure of a rotor, a nozzle chamber and an inner cylinder of a backpressure turbine, the rotor is arranged in the nozzle chamber, the inner cylinder and a partition plate assembly are connected and fastened to the nozzle chamber through bolts, a fixing tool is installed between the rotor and the nozzle chamber and between the rotor and the inner cylinder, and a lifting point is arranged on the rotor and connected with a lifting appliance. And the rotor, the nozzle chamber and the inner cylinder assembly are simultaneously hoisted into the lower half support position of the cylinder. Before the rotor falls into the lower half part of the outer cylinder, dynamic and static clearance adjustment is completed, and collision during assembly of the rotor, the cylinder and other parts is avoided. And the assembly requirements of the rotor, the nozzle chamber and the inner cylinder of the high-temperature and back-pressure type high-rotating-speed industrial steam turbine are met.

    本发明提供一种背压汽轮机的转子与喷嘴室及内汽缸套装结构,转子设置在喷嘴室内,内汽缸及隔板组件通过螺栓连接紧固到喷嘴室上,在转子与喷嘴室和内汽缸之间安装有固定工装,转子上设置有吊点,吊点与吊具连接,转子、喷嘴室及内汽缸组件同时吊入汽缸下半支撑位置。在转子落入外缸下半前,完成动、静间隙调整,避免转子、汽缸等部套装配时发生磕碰。满足高温、背压式高转速工业汽轮机转子和喷嘴室与内汽缸装配需求。
