The invention relates to an unmanned archival repository robot management method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the residual electric quantity of at least one idle robot, the starting position information and weight information of goods, the current position information of the idle robot and the target position information of goods transportation; determining each idle robot based on the current position information, the starting position of the cargo and the target position information, and determining first path information and second path information corresponding to each idle robot according to the position information of a preset charging room; determining power consumption based on the weight information of the goods and the first path information and the second path information corresponding to each idle robot; judging whether idle robots of which the remaining power is greater than the power consumption exist or not; if yes, any idle robot is determined to execute the conveying task of the current goods; otherwise, making a cargo conveying strategy based on the current state information of each robot. The effect of improving the utilization rate of the robot is achieved.
