According to the temperature control method and control system shared by the power battery and the cab for the hybrid engineering vehicle, whether the power battery is heated through the small circulation of engine cooling circulating water or not is determined according to the temperature of a battery cell of the power battery, and the cooling circulating water flow of the small circulation is adjusted through an electronic flow valve; the opening degree of the electronic flow valve is controlled according to the temperature difference of the cooling circulating water before and after the cooling circulating water passes through the power battery measured by the two temperature sensors; determining whether the cab is heated according to whether the cab warm air is started simultaneously; whether a compressor cooling system is started to exchange heat with a battery heat exchanger or not is determined according to the temperature of a power battery cell, so that the power battery is cooled; whether the cab is cooled or not is determined according to whether cab cold air is started simultaneously or not. The control system comprises a cab temperature control system and a power battery temperature control system. The battery heat is equivalently supplied, so that the temperature of the battery cell is stably increased, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种混动工程车用动力电池和驾驶室共用的温度控制方法和控制系统,根据动力电池电芯的温度,决定是否利用发动机冷却循环水的小循环为动力电池加热,通过电子流量阀调节小循环的冷却循环水流量,达到缓慢加热动力电池的目的,根据两个温度传感器测量冷却循环水经过动力电池前后的温度差控制电子流量阀的开度;根据是否同时开启驾驶室暖风,决定是否驾驶室加热;根据动力电池电芯的温度,决定是否开启压缩机冷却系统与电池换热器进行热交换,从而为动力电池降温;根据是否同时开启驾驶室冷风,决定是否为驾驶室降温。控制系统包括驾驶室温度控制系统和动力电池温度控制系统。电池热量等量供给,使电芯温度平稳上升,延长其使用寿命。
