A rapid positioning method for a VLCC fuel tank saddle comprises the steps that a transverse datum line and a longitudinal datum line are drawn in an installation area according to drawing theoretical data, and the positions of the transverse datum line and the longitudinal datum line are determined through an intersection point formed by intersection of the transverse datum line and the longitudinal datum line; a reflected light target is arranged in the installation area, and the installation position of the saddle is determined through the reflected light target. The method is simple to operate, solves the problem of waste of labor hours caused by repeated measurement, and saves the labor hours; errors caused by repeated and complete measurement are reduced, and the accuracy of measured data is improved; and meanwhile, the phenomena of saddle positioning correction and the like are reduced, the positioning precision and the positioning efficiency are improved, and the production efficiency is improved. All data of the installation area and the saddle in the installation area can be mastered through the datum line and all the measuring points, real-time monitoring and adjusting can be conducted in the saddle welding process, and the installation condition of the saddle is mastered.

    一种VLCC燃料罐鞍座的快速定位方法,根据图纸理论数据在安装区域内施画横向基准线和纵向基准线,利用横向基准线与纵向基准线相交形成的交叉点,确定好横向基准线与纵向基准线的位置;在安装区域中设置反射光靶,利用反射光靶确定鞍座的安装位置。本发明操作简单,解决了重复测量导致的人工工时浪费问题,节约人工工时;减小了重复完整测量带来的误差产生,提高了测量数据的准确性;同时减少了鞍座定位修正等工的现象,提高了定位精度和定位效率,提高了生产效率。利用基准线及各测量点即可对安装区域、安装区域内鞍座的所有数据进行掌握,并且在鞍座焊接过程中可实时监控及调整,掌握鞍座安装情况。
