The invention provides a fuel gas concentration measurement and control device for a fuel cell engine, belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and solves the problems of too many sensors, existence of detection blind areas and low detection precision in the prior art. The device comprises a top cover, a ventilation pipeline, a fuel gas concentration sensor and a fan. Wherein the top cover is arranged above a to-be-measured target, and an opening of the top cover covers the upper surface of the whole to-be-measured target and serves as an air inlet to be connected with the ventilation pipeline. The fuel gas concentration sensor is arranged in the ventilation pipeline, and the type of the fuel gas concentration sensor is matched with that of the fuel cell engine. The fan is arranged at an exhaust outlet of the ventilation pipeline, the air suction end faces the inner side of the ventilation pipeline, and the exhaust end is arranged in the atmosphere of a safe area outside a cabin where the fuel cell engine is located. The device can actively suck the gas in the area where the to-be-detected target is located and discharge the gas to a safe area, the problems that combustible gas in a semi-closed space cannot be effectively discharged and a detection blind area exists are solved, the measurement and control efficiency is high, and the cost is low.

    本发明提供了一种用于燃料电池发动机的燃料气浓度测控装置,属于燃料电池技术领域,解决了现有技术传感器数量过多且存在探测盲区、探测精度不高的问题。该装置包括顶盖、通风管路、燃料气浓度传感器和风扇。其中,顶盖设于待测目标的上方,其开口覆盖整个待测目标的上表面,并作为入风口连接通风管路。燃料气浓度传感器设于通风管路的内部,其类型与燃料电池发动机适配。风扇设于通风管路的排风口,其吸气端朝向通风管路的内侧,其排气端设于燃料电池发动机所在舱室外部的安全区域大气中。该装置能够主动吸入待测目标所在区域的气体并排出至安全区域,解决了半密闭空间内的可燃气体无法有效排出以及存在探测盲区的问题,测控效率高,成本低。
