本发明公开了一种高强度汽车车身用Al‑Mg‑Si合金的Cu和Sn复合微合金化材料,包括以下质量百分比的元素:Mg:0.5~1.5wt%、Si:1.0~2.0wt%、Cu:0.4~1.0wt%、Sn:0.1~0.5wt%、Mn≤0.05wt%、Fe≤0.10wt%,余量为Al。本发明还公开了高强度汽车车身用Al‑Mg‑Si合金的Cu和Sn复合微合金化材料的制备工艺和应用。本发明的材料在常温下硬度大于140HV,屈服强度大于280MPa,抗拉强度大于360MPa,并且延伸率可达到10%以上,解决了传统Al‑Mg‑Si合金材料力学性能差的技术缺陷。

    The invention discloses a Cu and Sn composite microalloying material of an Al-Mg-Si alloy for a high-strength automobile body. The Cu and Sn composite microalloying material comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 1.5 weight percent of Mg, 1.0 to 2.0 weight percent of Si, 0.4 to 1.0 weight percent of Cu, 0.1 to 0.5 weight percent of Sn, less than or equal to 0.05 weight percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.10 weight percent of Fe and the balance of Al. The invention further discloses a preparation process and application of the Cu and Sn composite microalloying material of the Al-Mg-Si alloy for the high-strength automobile body. The hardness of the material is larger than 140 HV at the normal temperature, the yield strength is larger than 280 MPa, the tensile strength is larger than 360 MPa, the ductility can reach 10% or above, and the technical defect that a traditional Al-Mg-Si alloy material is poor in mechanical property is overcome.
