The embodiment of the invention discloses a crown block hoisting point calculation method and system based on waste steel shape recognition. The method comprises the steps that original point cloud data of the shape of waste steel in a waste steel pool is collected; basic automation data and hoisting plan information of the crown block are read in; inputting the original point cloud data and the basic automation data into a scrap steel shape recognition model for processing, and outputting scrap steel surface shape standardized data; and inputting the standardized data of the surface shape of the scrap steel into hoisting point calculation software, outputting a crown block hoisting point, and starting hoisting operation. According to the embodiment of the invention, the original point cloud data and the basic automation data are input into the waste steel shape recognition model, grid division, neighborhood search, neighborhood data equalization and interpolation processing are carried out, waste steel surface shape standardized data are output, and accurate positioning of waste steel is realized; lifting point calculation based on scrap steel shape recognition is achieved through lifting point calculation software, then lifting operation is started, and enterprise development is assisted through scrap steel logistics intelligentization and unmanned.

    本发明实施例公开了一种基于废钢形状识别的天车吊运点计算方法及系统,包括:采集废钢池内废钢形状的原始点云数据;读入天车的基础自动化数据和吊运计划信息;将原始点云数据和基础自动化数据输入废钢形状识别模型进行处理,输出废钢表面形状规范化数据;将废钢表面形状规范化数据输入吊运点计算软件,输出天车吊运点,启动吊运作业。本发明实施例,将原始点云数据和基础自动化数据输入废钢形状识别模型,进行网格划分、邻域搜索、邻域数据均值化和插值处理,输出废钢表面形状规范化数据,实现废钢的精准定位;通过吊运点计算软件实现基于废钢形状识别的吊运点计算,进而启动吊运作业,实现通过废钢物流智能化、无人化助力企业发展。
