The invention relates to a plate-type liquid accumulator for rapid maneuvering of a spacecraft. The plate-type liquid accumulator comprises an inner liquid accumulation sheet, an inner shell, an outer shell, an upper pressing plate, an inner mesh, a lower pressing plate, a liquid opening, an annular mesh and an outer liquid accumulation sheet. According to the plate type liquid accumulator, the propellant storage function under the strong maneuvering environment can be achieved. The propellant is stored to the annular net piece on the lower portion of the outer shell through the outer liquid storage piece and flows into the gap between the outer shell and the inner shell, the titanium annular net piece is installed on the outer shell, and storage of the propellant in the large-acceleration outer shell is achieved. And the inner mesh is mounted at the bottom of the inner shell, so that the propellant is supplied to the thruster without air inclusion, and the working requirement of the thruster is met.
