The system comprises human eye analysis, wherein the eye closing degree of a driver is obtained, the blinking frequency a of the driver is obtained, and the eye closing duration is obtained; steering wheel rotation analysis: obtaining the operation frequency b of the driver on the steering wheel; vehicle driving analysis: obtaining a vehicle deviation rate c; wherein according to the eye closing degree of the driver, the time from full opening of the eyes to the closing degree of 10%-20% is t1; the time from the complete opening of the eyes to the closing degree of the eyes of 70%-80% is t2; the near-infrared camera and the data acquisition system are used for acquiring two kinds of data of the eye closing degree of the driver in the non-fatigue state and the fatigue state, so that whether the driver is fatigue or not can be accurately acquired, early warning is made in advance, workers are reminded in time in the future of danger, and the safety of the driver is improved. Dangerous states of the driver and the vehicle are effectively reduced, the system carries out multi-aspect acquisition on fatigue characteristics of the driver, and data operation is carried out through a plurality of formulas.
