The invention discloses a battery swap station monitoring management system, method and device and a readable storage medium, through setting a corresponding station control monitoring unit for each battery swap station and setting a vehicle-mounted monitoring unit on each vehicle, and constructing a network layer and a service layer, centralized monitoring of all battery swap stations and vehicles in a whole area can be realized; the vehicle-mounted monitoring unit can acquire the information of the vehicle-mounted battery pack, and can also acquire a driving path by communicating with the vehicle controller; the station control monitoring unit can complete effective monitoring of cabinet storage battery packs in all battery cabinets in a single battery swap station; and finally, the service layer can determine a target battery swap station according to the second residual electric quantity information of the vehicle-mounted battery pack, and further determine a planned battery swap battery pack group by using the vehicle-mounted battery information, the driving path and the battery information of the battery cabinet, so that the maximum utilization of the battery pack can be ensured, and the use requirements of the user can be met.

    本发明公开了一种换电站监控管理系统、方法、装置及可读存储介质,通过为每个换电站设置对应的站控监控单元以及在每台车辆上设置车载监控单元,并构建网络层和服务层,从而可以实现对整个区域内所有的换电站和车辆的集中监控;车载监控单元可以完成对车载电池包信息的获取,同时也可以通过与车辆控制器通信获取到行车路径;站控监控单元可以完成对单个换电站中所有电池柜中柜储电池包的有效监控;最终,服务层可以根据车载电池包的第二剩余电量信息来确定目标换电站,并且进一步利用车载电池信息、行车路径和电池柜电池信息确定计划换电电池包组,使得既可以保证电池包的最大化利用,也可以保证满足用户的使用需求。
