The invention discloses a real-time route planning and optimizing method based on a multi-layer sequential network. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring airspace structure information, aircraft information and meteorological information; building a weather model based on severe weather based on the weather information; constructing a multi-layer sequential network structure based on sequential change; using the airspace structure information and the established meteorological model to construct an optimal route model in the multi-layer sequential network structure by taking the shortest revision voyage, the minimum number of cross-sectors, the minimum turning angle, the maximum safety distance and the minimum fuel consumption as constraint targets, and solving the model to obtain an optimal route; carrying out flight path correction on the generated real-time air route based on the performance of the aircraft; checking whether the meteorological conditions change or not, and if the meteorological conditions do not change, sending the corrected real-time air route to the aircraft, so that the aircraft flies along the generated optimal real-time air route; and if the meteorological conditions change, re-planning the air route.

    本发明公开了一种基于多层时序网络的实时航路规划及优化方法,包括:获取空域结构信息、航空器信息和气象信息;基于所述气象信息,搭建基于恶劣天气的气象模型;构建基于时序变化的多层时序网络结构;利用所述空域结构信息以及搭建的气象模型,以改航航程最短、跨扇区个数最少,转弯角度最小,安全距离最大,燃油消耗最少为约束目标,在所述多层时序网络结构中构建最优航路模型,通过求解模型得到最优航路;基于航空器性能对生成的实时航路进行航迹修正;查看气象条件是否发生变化,若未发生变化,将修正后的实时航路发送至航空器,使航空器沿着生成的最优实时航路飞行;若气象条件发生变化则重新规划航路。
