The invention discloses a transcritical carbon dioxide electric vehicle thermal management system and a control method thereof. In the system, a Chiller, an expansion water tank, a battery pack heat exchanger and a water pump are sequentially communicated in series; an outlet of the compressor communicates with a port a of the four-way reversing valve, a port b of the four-way reversing valve communicates with the outdoor heat exchanger in series in sequence, a pipeline behind a first heat exchange channel of the heat regenerator is divided into two paths, one path communicates with a second electronic expansion valve and the Chiller in sequence and then communicates with a port d of the four-way reversing valve, and the other path communicates with a port b of the four-way reversing valve. The other path is sequentially communicated with a first electronic expansion valve, an indoor heat exchanger, an all-pass expansion valve and a defrosting heat exchanger and then is communicated with a port d of the four-way reversing valve; and a port c of the four-way reversing valve is sequentially communicated with the gas-liquid separator and a second heat exchange channel of the heat regenerator in series and then is communicated with an inlet of the compressor. The system provided by the invention can prevent the low-temperature capacity attenuation of the battery, and can effectively improve the driving mileage of the electric automobile.

    本发明公开了一种跨临界二氧化碳电动汽车热管理系统及其控制方法,所述系统中,Chiller、膨胀水箱、电池包换热器和水泵依次串联连通;压缩机的出口连通四通换向阀的a口,四通换向阀的b口依次串联连通室外换热器、回热器的第一换热通道后的管路分为两路,一路依次连通第二电子膨胀阀、Chiller后与四通换向阀的d口相连通,另一路依次连通第一电子膨胀阀、室内换热器、全通膨胀阀、除霜换热器后与四通换向阀的d口相连通;四通换向阀的c口依次串联连通气液分离器、回热器的第二换热通道后与压缩机的进口相连通。本发明提供的系统,可防止电池低温容量衰减,能够有效提高电动汽车行驶里程。
