The invention discloses a lightweight vertical battery box structure which comprises two carbon fiber plates outside a box, two inner supporting plate mechanisms, an upper tray and a lower tray, the inner supporting plate mechanism comprises an L-shaped inner supporting plate fixedly connected with the carbon fiber plate outside the box, the top end of the L-shaped inner supporting plate is slidably connected with a sliding plate assembly, and the bottom end of the L-shaped inner supporting plate is provided with a locking mechanism used for fixing the position of the sliding plate assembly on the L-shaped inner supporting plate. The upper tray is used for being fixed to the sliding plate assembly. A conventional battery box body structure is divided into a plurality of independent structures, the structures with relatively large sizes and relatively small stress strength are replaced by carbon fiber materials, and two trays for loading batteries are respectively arranged at the positions of the bottom layer and the middle layer and are used for connecting the independent box body structures; therefore, the independent box body structures can be fixedly connected into an integrated structure.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化的立式电池箱结构,包括两个箱外碳纤板、两个内撑板机构、上托盘和下托盘;所述内撑板机构包括与所述箱外碳纤板固定连接的L型内撑板,所述L型内撑板的顶端滑动连接有滑板组件,所述L型内撑板的底端设置用于固定所述滑板组件在所述L型内撑板上位置的锁定机构;其中,所述上托盘用于固定在所述滑板组件上;通过将常规的电池箱体结构拆分为多个独立的结构,将其中体积较大且受力强度较小的结构替换为碳纤维材料,且通过两个用于装载电池的托盘分别设置在底层和中层的位置用于连接独立的箱体结构,从而能将独立的箱体结构固定连接为一体化结构。
