The invention relates to a normally-closed sealing structure, a vacuum isolation cabin door and a vacuum pipeline communication method.The normally-closed sealing structure comprises a box body and a sealing door, a sealing end face and a first driving mechanism are arranged in the box body, the sealing door and the first driving mechanism are arranged on a valve plate, and an end face sealing ring and a spring are arranged on the sealing door; the two ends of the spring act on the sealing door and the first driving mechanism correspondingly, the end face sealing ring is tightly attached to the sealing end face through spring force of the spring, and the first driving mechanism can drive the sealing door to compress the spring and be away from the sealing end face. The first driving mechanism does not need to work, the end face sealing ring is connected to the sealing end face in a pressed mode only through spring force provided by the spring, the vacuum isolation cabin door is normally closed, the use cost can be effectively saved, the first driving mechanism pulls the sealing door to compress the spring, the end face sealing ring can be far away from the sealing end face, and the sealing effect is good. The sealing of the normally-closed vacuum isolation cabin door is relieved, preparation can be made for follow-up vacuum pipeline penetrating, and the effect is good.

    本发明关于一种常闭式密封结构、真空隔离舱门、真空管道连通方法,该常闭式密封结构包括箱体和密封门,箱体内设有密封端面和第一驱动机构,密封门与第一驱动机构设置于阀板上,密封门上设有端面密封圈和弹簧,弹簧的两端分别作用在密封门和第一驱动机构上,通过弹簧的弹簧力将端面密封圈紧贴于密封端面,第一驱动机构能够驱动密封门压缩弹簧并远离密封端面。本发明不需要第一驱动机构工作,仅通过弹簧提供的弹簧力就将端面密封圈压接于密封端面上,实现真空隔离舱门的常闭,能够有效节约使用成本,而通过第一驱动机构拉动密封门压缩弹簧,能够使端面密封圈远离密封端面,使常闭真空隔离舱门密封解除,能够为后续贯通真空管道做准备,效果良好。
