The invention provides a construction method for adjusting the mounting angle of an arch tower section, which comprises the following steps: a pair of lifting lugs are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the outer wall surface of a wall plate in the section to be mounted, and the lifting lugs at the top and the bottom are respectively connected with a main hook and an auxiliary hook through a pulley block; lifting the main hook and the auxiliary hook at the same time until the to-be-mounted section is slightly higher than the top end of the mounted section; the auxiliary hook is kept still, and the main hook is slowly lifted until the longitudinal angles of the to-be-installed section and the installed section are roughly the same; a first check block and a second check block are arranged on the side plate in the installed segment, so that the side plate of the segment to be installed falls into a groove formed by the first check block and the second check block; the bottom end fracture of the to-be-installed section is gradually attached to other parts of the top end fracture of the installed section; and the to-be-installed segment and the installed segment are fixed, and installation of the to-be-installed segment is completed. According to the construction method for adjusting the installation angle of the arch tower section, the installation cost is low, the installation efficiency is high, and the risk is low.

    本发明提供一种拱塔节段安装角度调整的施工方法,包括:待安装节段中壁板外壁面的顶部和底部分别设置有一对吊耳,顶部和底部的吊耳分别通过滑轮组与主钩和副钩连接;使主钩和副钩同时升起,直至待安装节段的高度稍高于已安装节段的顶端;副钩保持不动,主钩缓慢提升,直至待安装节段与已安装节段的纵向角度大致相同;已安装节段中侧板上设置有第一挡块和第二挡块,使待安装节段的侧板落入第一挡块和第二挡块形成的凹槽中;使待安装节段的底端断口和已安装节段的顶端断口其他部位逐渐贴紧;将待安装节段与已安装节段固定,完成待安装节段的安装。本发明提供的拱塔节段安装角度调整的施工方法安装成本较低,安装效率较高,且风险较低。
