The wind wheel lifting appliance comprises a lifting appliance body and a lifting assembly, the lifting appliance body is installed on a hub in a matched mode, the lifting assembly is connected to the lifting appliance body, the lifting appliance body comprises a main plate, two lifting bases, a two-force rod, two disassembly and assembly limiting assemblies, an adjustable porous lifting plate, an installation lifting point, a limiting assembly and a hook assembly, and the adjustable porous lifting plate is arranged on the main plate; a lifting seat is installed at one end of the main plate, a two-force rod is arranged at the other end of the main plate, another lifting seat is installed on the two-force rod, the two disassembly and assembly limiting assemblies are arranged between the main plate and the two lifting seats respectively, and the limiting assembly is arranged on the side, close to the two-force rod, of the main plate. According to the wind wheel lifting appliance, the problem of installation difficulty caused by insufficient installation space of large-specification bolts of lifting seat fasteners is effectively solved; the safety coefficient of the heavy wind turbine generator hub device in the hoisting process is effectively guaranteed, and the wind turbine generator hub device is prevented from being damaged due to overturning of the wind wheel hoisting tool; and the device can be suitable for hubs of different specifications, and the universality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于风电机组的风轮吊具,包括吊具和起吊组件,吊具配合安装到轮毂上,起吊组件连接于吊具,吊具包括主板、两个吊座、二力杆、两个拆装限位组件、可调多孔吊板、安装吊点、限位组件和挂钩组件,可调多孔吊板设置在主板上,主板的一端安装有一个吊座,主板的另一端设置有二力杆,二力杆上安装有另一个吊座,两个拆装限位组件分别设置在主板与两个吊座之间,限位组件设置在主板的靠近二力杆的一侧。该风轮吊具有效解决吊座紧固件大规格螺栓安装空间不足造成的安装困难;有效保证了重量较大的风电机组轮毂装置在吊装过程中的安全系数,防止风轮吊具发生翻转而磕伤风电机组轮毂装置;能够适用于不同规格的轮毂,提高了通用性。
