The invention discloses an automobile power battery refrigerant direct cooling system which comprises an automobile air conditioner subsystem and a battery cooling subsystem, the automobile air conditioner subsystem comprises a gas-liquid separator, and the gas-liquid separator is connected with an inlet of a fourth valve body after passing through a compressor, a condenser, a first pressure and temperature sensor and a drying filter; a first outlet of the fourth valve body is connected with a first inlet of the fifth valve body through the first valve body and the evaporator, and an outlet of the fifth valve body is connected with the gas-liquid separator; and the battery cooling subsystem comprises a liquid separator, a battery pack, a liquid collector, a heat regenerator integrated assembly and the like. The surface temperature uniformity of the cooling plate of the battery is improved, the performance of the cooling plate is improved, the battery temperature is effectively reduced, and the operating temperature of the battery and the temperature difference of all parts are within a suitable range.

    本发明公开了一种汽车动力电池制冷剂直接冷却系统,包括汽车空调子系统和电池冷却子系统,汽车空调子系统包括气液分离器,气液分离器经过压缩机、冷凝器、第一压力温度传感器和干燥过滤器后与第四阀体的入口相连接,第四阀体的第一路出口经过第一阀体、蒸发器与第五阀体的第一路入口相连接,第五阀体的出口与气液分离器相连接;电池冷却子系统包括分液器、电池包和集液器和回热器集成组件等。本发明用于改善电池的冷却板表面温度均匀性和提升冷却板性能,进而有效降低电池温度使电池的运行温度及各部分温差在适宜范围内。
