The invention relates to the technical field of corridor installation, aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, steel corridor assembly is poor in safety, low in assembly efficiency and large in use amount of temporary assembly measures, and provides a corridor lifting and folding structure and a construction method thereof.The contact face of a steel corridor and a preassembled structure is arranged to be a Z-shaped notch; mounting a preassembled structure, a lifting platform and an upper lifting point on two opposite buildings; the lifting platform is provided with a hydraulic synchronous lifting system; lower lifting points, lifting appliances and reinforcing pieces are arranged at the two ends of the steel corridor; mounting lower bottom anchors and upper bottom anchors on the steel corridor and the lifting platforms, and connecting the lower bottom anchors and the upper bottom anchors through steel strands; debugging a hydraulic synchronous lifting system; the hydraulic synchronous lifting system lifts the steel corridor to a mounting position through a steel strand; and after the hydraulic synchronous lifting system is checked, deformation monitoring and safety are conducted on the steel corridor, the steel corridor is in butt joint with the preassembled structure, and the hydraulic synchronous lifting system and temporary measures are removed. The method has the beneficial effects that the safety and the assembling efficiency of steel corridor assembling are high, and the use amount of temporary measures is small.

    本发明涉及连廊安装技术领域,旨在解决现有技术中钢连廊拼装的安全性差、拼装效率低和拼装临时措施用量大的问题,提供一种连廊提升合拢结构及其施工方法,先将钢连廊与预装结构相接触面设为Z字型切口;再在相对两建筑安装预装结构、提升平台和上吊点;提升平台安液压同步提升系统;钢连廊两端设下吊点、吊具及加固件;在钢连廊和各提升平台安装下底锚和上底锚并通过钢绞线连接;调试液压同步提升系统;液压同步提升系统通过钢绞线提拉钢连廊至安装位置;对液压同步提升系统检查,对钢连廊进行变形监测,安全后,使钢连廊与预装结构对接后,拆除液压同步提升系统及临时措施。本发明的有益效果是钢连廊拼装的安全性和拼装效率高,临时措施用量少。
