The invention provides a control system and method of a vehicle and the vehicle. The control system of the vehicle comprises a co-driver seat arranged in the vehicle, a glove compartment located in front of the co-driver seat and a control assembly connected with the co-driver seat and the glove compartment. The co-driver seat can be switched between a sitting posture and a lying posture under the control of the control assembly; a storage space of the glove compartment is located on the instrument panel and provided with a cover plate used for sealing the storage space, under the control of the control assembly, the cover plate can be turned over to be opened and closed, and the opened cover plate can support the feet of a passenger lying on the co-driver seat. According to the control system of the vehicle, the lying comfort of the passenger at the co-driver position can be improved, and the use quality of the vehicle can be improved.
