By means of the mode, whether the brake lamp of the current vehicle breaks down or not can be accurately judged, after it is judged that the brake lamp of the current vehicle breaks down, the rear fog lamp of the current vehicle is immediately turned on, a rear vehicle is prompted that the current vehicle is braked through the turned-on rear fog lamp, and therefore potential safety hazards can be effectively eliminated, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.     本发明提供了一种车辆制动灯失效控制方法及系统,该方法包括当接收到制动信号时,判断当前车辆的运行状态是否满足预设条件;若判断到当前车辆的运行状态满足所述预设条件,则判断当前车辆的左制动灯和/或右制动灯是否发生故障,故障包括短路或者断路;若判断到当前车辆的左制动灯和/或右制动灯发生故障,则向当前车辆的后雾灯持续输出预设高电平,以点亮后雾灯。通过上述方式能够准确的判断出当前车辆的制动灯是否发生故障,并在判断到当前车辆的制动灯发生故障之后,立即点亮当前车辆的后雾灯,以通过点亮的后雾灯提示后方车辆当前车辆正在制动,从而能够有效的消除安全隐患,适用于大范围的推广与使用。
