According to the embodiment of the invention, the charging state of each battery pack can be fully considered in the process of charging the plurality of battery packs, so that the real SOC of the parallel battery system is estimated more accurately, the problem that the charging pile stops running after one battery pack is fully charged is effectively avoided, the battery packs can be charged as many as possible, and the charging efficiency is improved.
