本发明公开了一种电动汽车直流充电过程监测系统及监测方法。监测系统包括第一状态监测模块、第二状态监测模块、第一通讯模块、存储模块、计算模块和显示模块;第一、第二状态监测模块分别用于监测对应检测点状态;第一通讯模块用于读取充电桩与车辆的通讯报文,存储模块用于存储第一、第二检测点状态和通讯报文;计算模块用于从存储模块读取检测点状态和报文信号,根据第一检测点状态,判断充电枪的连接状态;根据第二检测点状态,判断电动汽车的连接状态;根据通讯报文解析充电参数;显示模块用于将充电枪和电动汽车的连接状态、充电参数进行可视化显示。本发明使充电过程完全可视化,使得测试过程大为简化,极大地降低了对测试人员的专业要求。

    The invention discloses a monitoring system and a monitoring method for a direct current charging process of an electric vehicle. The monitoring system comprises a first state monitoring module, a second state monitoring module, a first communication module, a storage module, a calculation module and a display module. The first and second state monitoring modules are respectively used for monitoring states of corresponding detection points; the first communication module is used for reading communication messages of the charging pile and a vehicle, and the storage module is used for storing states of the first detection point and the second detection point and the communication messages; the calculation module is used for reading the detection point state and the message signal from the storage module, and judging the connection state of the charging gun according to the first detection point state; judging the connection state of the electric vehicle according to the state of the second detection point; analyzing a charging parameter according to the communication message; and the display module is used for visually displaying the connection state and the charging parameters of the charging gun and the electric vehicle. According to the invention, the charging process is completely visualized, the test process is greatly simplified, and the professional requirements on testers are greatly reduced.
