The invention discloses a fault protection method and system for an electric driving system of an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring various real-time parameters of the electric driving system; according to the obtained various parameters, whether the electric driving system breaks down or not is judged, whether the current torque output limit of the electric driving system is Tmax or not is judged, and if yes, whether it is detected that a cover opening protection switch of a motor controller is switched off or not is judged; if yes, judging that the electric driving system has a secondary fault; if not, judging that the electric driving system has a primary fault; judging whether the torque output limit of the current electric driving system is 0 or not, and if not, judging that the electric driving system has a third-level fault; if yes, whether the fault is allowed to be recovered in the current power-on period or not is judged, and if yes, whether the IGBT is closed or not is judged; if not, determining that the electric drive system has a six-level fault; if the IGBT is not closed, judging that the electric driving system has a fourth-level fault; and if the IGBT is closed, determining that the electric drive system has a five-stage fault.

    本发明公开了电动汽车电驱动系统的故障保护方法及系统;方法包括:获取电驱动系统的各种实时参数;根据获取的各种参数,判定电驱动系统是否发生故障,判定当前电驱动系统转矩输出限制是否为Tmax,若是则判定是否检测到电机控制器的开盖保护开关断开;若是则判定电驱动系统出现二级故障;若否,则判定电驱动系统出现一级故障;判断当前电驱动系统转矩输出限制是否为0,若否,则判定电驱动系统出现三级故障;若是,则判定故障在当前上电周期内是否可允许恢复,若是,则判断IGBT是否关闭;若否,则判定电驱动系统出现六级故障;如果IGBT不关闭,则判定电驱动系统出现四级故障;如果IGBT关闭,则判定电驱动系统出现五级故障。
