The invention provides a space debris observation system, which comprises a low earth orbit observation satellite configured to observe a geosynchronous belt of 0-degree latitude in a near earth orbit so as to cooperatively observe a geosynchronous belt of a first longitude range; the inclined geosynchronous orbit observation satellite is configured to observe a geosynchronous belt in a second longitude range of 0-degree latitude on an inclined geosynchronous orbit; wherein the central point of the first longitude range is opposite to the backlight blind area, and the second longitude range comprises the backlight blind area.
