The included angle between the second direction and the first direction is 22-26 degrees; the swinging ring is arranged on the inclined shaft in a sleeving manner and can coaxially rotate with the inclined shaft; the swinging fork half covers the swinging ring and can rotate along with the rotation of the swinging ring; one end of the output shaft is fixedly connected to the swing fork, and the other end of the output shaft extends out of the transmission box in the third direction and is used for outputting power; the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Transmission of a simple mechanical structure is adopted to replace a hydraulic control valve to achieve steering transmission of the crawler-type tractor, the requirement for the sealing performance of a transmission device is low, the production cost and the maintenance cost are low, and economical efficiency is good.
本发明提供一种履带式拖拉机转向机构用摆环传动装置,包括传动箱,所述传动箱上设有输入轴、斜轴、摆环、摆叉以及输出轴;输入轴一端用于连接控制件,以便于输入轴旋转,其另一端沿第一方向延伸至传动箱内部;斜轴固定于输入轴的另一端,所述斜轴沿第二方向延伸;所述第二方向与第一方向夹角22°‑26°;所述摆环套设于斜轴,并能够与斜轴同轴转动;摆叉半包覆于摆环,并能够随摆环的转动而转动;输出轴一端固定连接于摆叉,其另一端沿第三方向延伸至传动箱外,用于动力输出;所述第三方向垂直于第一方向。本申请采用简单机械结构的传动代替液压控制阀实现履带式拖拉机的转向传动,对传动装置的密封性要求小,生产成本和维护成本低,经济性好。
