The invention relates to a floating body manufacturing method for preventing a cavity from appearing in the injection molding process of a floating body pull lug. The floating body manufacturing method comprises the steps that a first channel surrounding a pull lug connecting hole is provided in a pull lug part of a floating body mold; providing a second passage around the tab edge in the tab portion of the float mold; providing an annular channel in the lug part of the floating body mold, the annular channel being located between the first channel and the second channel and dividing the lug plate part into a first area and a second area; and providing radiation strips in the first region and the second region; and the radiation strips in the first area are not connected with the radiation strips in the second area at the annular channel. According to the floating body manufacturing method, cavities can be prevented from occurring in the manufacturing process of the floating bodies, so that damage to the floating bodies in the using process can be reduced, the structure of the floating body array is more stable, and the floating body array can better adapt to the severe natural environment on the sea.

    本发明涉及一种防止浮体拉耳在注塑过程中出现空腔的浮体制造方法,包括:在浮体模具的拉耳部分中提供围绕拉耳连接孔的第一通道;在浮体模具的所述拉耳部分中提供围绕拉耳边缘的第二通道;在浮体模具的所述拉耳部分中提供环型通道,所述环形通道位于所述第一通道和所述第二通道之间,将所述耳板部分分割为第一区域和第二区域;以及在所述第一区域和所述第二区域中提供放射条;其中,第一区域中的放射条与第二区域中的放射条在所述环形通道处不相连。本申请的浮体制造方法可以避免浮体在制作过程中出现空腔,从而可以减少浮体在使用过程中出现破损,使得浮体阵列的结构更为稳固,能够更好地适应海上恶劣的自然环境。
