The invention discloses a method and device for processing abnormal charging voltage of a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: controlling an AC voltage control switch of the vehicle to be in a closed state after the vehicle enters a ready-to-charge state, so as to enable the vehicle to enter a battery charging state, whether the alternating voltage meets a preset alternating voltage threshold condition or not is detected in real time, when the alternating voltage does not meet the preset alternating voltage threshold condition, the vehicle is controlled to be in a charging pause state, and the cumulative number of times that the alternating voltage does not meet the preset alternating voltage threshold condition under the current charging round is detected; and when it is judged that the accumulated number of times that the alternating voltage does not meet the preset alternating voltage threshold condition is larger than the preset number of times, the vehicle is controlled to exit the current charging round. By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the condition of vehicle part loss caused by frequent voltage abnormal faults during vehicle charging can be effectively avoided, and the vehicle using experience of a user is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种车辆的充电电压异常的处理方法和装置,所述方法包括:在在车辆进入准备充电状态后,控制所述车辆的交流电压控制开关处于闭合状态,以使所述车辆进入电池充电状态,实时检测交流电压是否满足预设的交流电压阈值条件,当所述交流电压不满足预设的交流电压阈值条件时,控制所述车辆处于暂停充电状态,并检测在当前充电轮次下所述交流电压不满足预设的交流电压阈值条件的累计次数;当判定所述交流电压不满足预设的交流电压阈值条件的累计次数大于预设次数时,控制所述车辆退出当前充电轮次。采用本发明实施例,能有效避免车辆充电时存在频繁电压异常故障造成车辆部件损耗的情况,有效地提高了用户的用车体验。
