The invention relates to a battery cut-off unit modularization method, which comprises the following steps of: formulating a circuit electrical device diagram according to configuration requirements of a whole vehicle system and a battery system circuit; required electric devices are selected according to the electric device diagram to form an electric device module assembly, and the electric device module assembly and the connecting bar are installed on the lower shell assembly; an upper shell assembly is installed, and a battery cut-off unit product is completed; the same lower shell assembly and the same upper shell assembly, different electric device module assemblies and the switching bar can form multiple schemes to meet different circuit configurations, and different requirement schemes of a whole vehicle system and a battery system are met. According to the method, the modularized battery cut-off unit has compatibility and high universality; the electrical performance coverage is wide, and the span is large; due to the modular structural design, when configuration changes, the overall size is not affected, the structure is compact, and the duty ratio is small; assembly and disassembly are simple, fault parts are convenient and safe to maintain and replace, and high-voltage operation risks are avoided; research and development cost is low, and research and development and production periods are shortened; the mechanization degree is high.

    本发明涉及一种电池切断单元模块化方法,包括根据整车系统及电池系统电路的配置需求,制定电路电气装置图;根据电气装置图选择所需电器件组成电器件模块总成,将电器件模块总成及连接排安装到下壳体总成上;安装上壳体总成,完成电池切断单元产品;同一个下壳体总成和上壳体总成,不同的电器件模块总成及转接排可组成多种方案以满足不同电路配置,满足整车系统及电池系统的不同需求方案。本方法模块化电池切断单元具有兼容性,通用性强;电性能覆盖广、跨度大;模块化的结构设计,在配置变化时,不影响整体尺寸,结构紧凑,占空比小;装配、拆卸简单,维修更换故障件方便、安全,无高压作业风险;研发成本低、减少研发、生产周期;机械化程度高。
