The invention belongs to the field of vehicle suspensions, and particularly relates to a suspension oil cylinder hydraulic control system, a self-adaptive hydro-pneumatic suspension system and a suspension oil cylinder balance position adjusting method, and the suspension oil cylinder hydraulic control system comprises a suspension oil cylinder, an adjusting mechanism, an oil cylinder pump and a valve; the adjusting mechanism is connected with an oil liquid cavity of the suspension oil cylinder; a cylinder barrel of the oil cylinder pump is provided with an upper oil port and an oil inlet, the upper oil port and the oil inlet are both communicated with an oil liquid cavity of the oil cylinder pump, an oil outlet is formed in the middle of the cylinder barrel of the oil cylinder pump, and when a piston of the oil cylinder pump extends outwards to the position below the oil outlet, the oil outlet is communicated with the oil liquid cavity of the oil cylinder pump. The oil inlet and the oil outlet are both designed to be communicated in a one-way mode. According to the invention, the positions of the suspension oil cylinder pistons of the front axle, the middle axle and the rear axle can be dynamically returned and the posture of the vehicle body can be dynamically adjusted under the empty and full load states, and the riding and driving comfort and the driving smoothness of the vehicle are improved. Vibration energy can be recycled through an oil outlet of the oil cylinder pump, and the energy utilization efficiency is improved.
