The invention discloses an offshore solar device, and relates to the field of solar energy, the offshore solar device comprises six solar cell panels, a support frame and gravity anchors, the solar cell panels are in a regular triangle shape, the solar cell panels are arranged in a regular hexagon shape, and the gravity anchors are arranged on the support frame. The solar cell panel is connected with the supporting frame, and the gravity anchor is connected with the supporting frame. The offshore solar device provided by the invention can float on the sea surface, and is easy to install and transport on the sea; the device can be arranged on a large scale due to the modularized characteristic, meanwhile, each module is in a regular triangle shape, the geometrical shape is convenient to splice, and a given space shape is easily paved.
