The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electric power system and an electric power control device which are capable of suppressing deterioration of a fuel cell more than in the prior art. In order to solve the problem, a power system according to an embodiment includes a fuel cell, a heat source, a heat dissipation unit, and a control unit. The fuel cell generates electricity by means of an electrochemical reaction and dissipates first heat. The heat source dissipates second heat as a result of operation. The heat dissipation unit dissipates the first heat and the second heat. When the heat source is operating, the control unit controls the fuel cell such that the amount of heat of the first heat is equal to or less than a residual heat dissipation force obtained by subtracting the amount of heat of the second heat from an upper limit of the amount of heat dissipated by the heat dissipation unit.

    本发明的问题在于,提供一种比以往更能抑制燃料电池的劣化的电力系统及电力控制装置。为了解决上述问题,实施方式的电力系统包括燃料电池、热源、散热部及控制部。燃料电池借由电化学反应来发电,散发第一热。热源由于运行而散发第二热。散热部对前述第一热及前述第二热进行散热。控制部在前述热源正在运行的情况下,控制前述燃料电池,以使前述第一热的热量在散热余力以下,所述散热余力是从前述散热部的散热量的上限减去前述第二热的热量而得。
