The invention discloses a controllable large-stall attack angle wing structure based on a ground layer. The controllable large-stall attack angle wing structure comprises a controller, a driving motor and a wing, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the upper part of the front end of the wing; the controller and the driving motor are both arranged in the mounting groove; and the controller is connected with the driving motor. The stall attack angle is increased to the maximum extent.
