The invention relates to the technical field of dynamic cloud control, in particular to a vehicle scheduling method and device based on edge cloud service, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining traffic data, communication data and cooperative control data of a plurality of target regions through employing a pre-established multi-source heterogeneous communication cluster system, and carrying out the fusion, and obtaining road danger information, traffic accident information, emergency vehicle information, traffic jam information, highway vulnerable traffic participant reminding information and cooperative communication information of each target area, thereby generating a scheduling instruction of the intelligent network connection vehicle, and sending the scheduling instruction to the intelligent network connection vehicle. Therefore, the problem that traffic accidents occur frequently due to the fact that road condition information is difficult to monitor in real time in global network connection application due to the fact that support of a cloud control platform is lacked in the prior art is solved, cooperation of traffic facility control and vehicle control is achieved by means of cooperative perception, cloud decision and network connection traffic facility control, and the traffic facility control efficiency is improved. And the driving safety and the traffic efficiency are improved.

    本申请涉及动态云控技术领域,特别涉及一种基于边缘云服务的车辆调度方法、装置、设备及介质,方法包括:利用预先建立的多源异构通信簇系统得到多个目标区域的交通数据、通信数据和协同控制数据,并进行融合,得到每个目标区域的道路危险信息、交通事故信息、紧急车辆信息、交通拥堵信息、高速公路弱势交通参与者提醒信息和协作式通信信息,从而生成智能网联车辆的调度指令,并发送调度指令至智能网联车辆。由此,解决了相关技术由于缺乏云控平台的支持,难以在全域网联应用中实时监测到路况信息,从而造成交通事故频发等问题,利用协同感知、云端决策与网联交通设施控制,实现了交通设施控制与车辆控制的协同,提高了行车安全与交通效率。
