本发明公开了一种母船与潜水器的数据交互控制系统及方法,涉及数据交互领域,所述系统,包括:第一同步时钟源、第二同步时钟源、第一通信系统、第二通信系统和指挥监控系统;潜水器集群的每台潜水器上均设置第一同步时钟源和第一通信系统;第一同步时钟源与第一通信系统连接;第二同步时钟源和第二通信系统设置在母船上,第二同步时钟源与第二通信系统连接;指挥监控系统与第二通信系统连接。本发明第一同步时钟源和第二同步时钟源,按照设定的定位及通信时序分配机制发送触发脉冲,采用分时通信模式将通信和定位错开,能有效避免水声通信和水声通信、水下定位和水下定位、水声通信和水下定位之间的相互干扰问题。
