The invention relates to an anti-collision active safety system for a mining shuttle car. The anti-collision active safety system comprises an active safety decision module and an active safety execution module. The active safety decision module comprises an active safety controller. The active safety controller is used for sending a deceleration request signal to an active safety execution module when an early warning system sends a third-level early warning signal representing that the collision is about to happen. And the active safety execution module is used for controlling the shuttle car to brake and park according to the deceleration request signal. The active safety execution module comprises a brake-by-wire controller and an electronic parking controller which are used for controlling a braking system and an electronic parking system of the shuttle car respectively. The brake-by-wire controller has four states: an initialized state, an uncontrollable state, a controllable state and an activated state. According to the active safety system, braking control is actively achieved when the shuttle car is about to collide and a driver does not conduct braking control on the shuttle car, shuttle car collision is avoided, and then potential safety hazards in the collecting and transporting process of the shuttle car are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种矿用梭车防碰撞主动安全系统,其包括:主动安全决策模块和主动安全执行模块。主动安全决策模块包括主动安全控制器。主动安全控制器用于在一个预警系统发出表征即将碰撞的三级预警信号时,向一个主动安全执行模块发送减速请求信号。主动安全执行模块用于根据减速请求信号控制梭车进行制动驻车。主动安全执行模块包括分别用于控制梭车的制动系统和电子驻车系统的线控制动控制器和电子驻车控制器。线控制动控制器包括四种状态:初始化状态、不可控状态、可控状态以及激活状态。该主动安全系统在梭车即将发生碰撞且驾驶员没有对梭车进行制动控制时主动实现制动控制,避免造成梭车碰撞,进而减少梭车进行采集运输过程中的安全隐患。
