Provided is an electric suspension device which, even when a large input is generated in a damper while a vehicle is traveling, is capable of buffering the large input and maintaining a comfortable ride feeling. An electric suspension device is provided with: an electromagnetic actuator for generating a load for damping vibration of the vehicle body of a vehicle; an information acquisition unit (41) that acquires information on the sprung state quantity and the traveling road surface state of the vehicle; a target load calculation unit that calculates a first target load relating to ceiling control on the basis of the sprung state quantity, and a second target load relating to predictive control on the basis of the traveling road surface state; and a load control unit that controls the load of the electromagnetic actuator. The target load calculation unit calculates a combined target load in which the first target load and the second target load are combined with a third target load relating to virtual spring force control on the basis of the stroke position. The load control unit performs load control of the electromagnetic actuator using the combined target load.
