The invention discloses a management and control system for traffic safety of a tunnel portal area. The management and control system comprises an information acquisition module and an analysis, study and judgment module, the information acquisition module is used for acquiring traffic data in a target tunnel and brightness information inside and outside the target tunnel, and sending the traffic data and the brightness information to the analysis, research and judgment module; and the analysis, research and judgment module is used for analyzing the traffic data and the brightness information according to a preset rule and generating a risk level of the target tunnel. The problem that traffic rear-end collision accidents occur frequently due to environment differences inside and outside the tunnel and the black and white hole effect is solved, the prompt information corresponding to the risk level is displayed through the display label or the display screen, and therefore the effect of guiding drivers driving inside and outside the target tunnel is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种隧道洞口区域交通安全的管控系统,该管控系统包括信息采集模块和分析研判模块;该信息采集模块,用于获取目标隧道内的交通数据和目标隧道内外的亮度信息,并将交通数据和亮度信息发送给分析研判模块;分析研判模块,用于根据预设规则对交通数据和亮度信息进行分析,生成目标隧道的风险等级。本发明解决了因隧道内外环境差异以及黑白洞效应而造成交通追尾事故频发的问题,利用显示标牌或者显示屏显示风险等级对应的提示信息,从而对目标隧道内外行车的驾驶员起到引导作用。
