一种高寒区炮孔高压气体破冰装置,设有破冰单元、提升单元、导向单元和高压气体动力单元;破冰单元包括破冰管体,破冰管体的表面分布有三角楔,三角楔的外侧形成有气体缝隙;破冰管体的顶端设有转接头;提升单元包括卷扬机和提升绳,提升绳一端缠绕于卷扬机,提升绳另外一端经导向单元和转接头固定连接;高压气体动力单元包括气体增压泵和高压气体传输管,高压气体传输管的进气端连接气体增压泵,高压气体传输管的出气端连接并导通转接头。本发明可根据现场冰层情况,调节高压气体动力单元输出的高压气体以及带隙三角楔的缝隙宽度,使破冰系统产生足够的气刃效果,从而到达炮孔冻冰破碎;安全可靠、经济环保、效率高、操作简单,可重复使用。

    A high-pressure gas icebreaking device for blast holes in an alpine region is provided with an icebreaking unit, a lifting unit, a guiding unit and a high-pressure gas power unit. The icebreaking unit comprises an icebreaking pipe body, triangular wedges are distributed on the surface of the icebreaking pipe body, and gas gaps are formed in the outer sides of the triangular wedges; an adapter is arranged at the top end of the icebreaking pipe body; the lifting unit comprises a winch and a lifting rope, one end of the lifting rope is wound around the winch, and the other end of the lifting rope is fixedly connected with the adapter through the guide unit. The high-pressure gas power unit comprises a gas booster pump and a high-pressure gas transmission pipe, the gas inlet end of the high-pressure gas transmission pipe is connected with the gas booster pump, and the gas outlet end of the high-pressure gas transmission pipe is connected with and communicated with the adapter. According to the ice breaking system, high-pressure gas output by the high-pressure gas power unit and the gap width of the band gap triangular wedge can be adjusted according to the on-site ice layer condition, so that the ice breaking system generates a sufficient gas blade effect, and blast hole ice breaking is achieved; the device is safe, reliable, economical, environment-friendly, high in efficiency, simple to operate and reusable.
