本发明涉及一种天车导电滑块磨损监测系统以及监测方法,根据各工作时段中不同时刻的粉尘浓度序列以及湿度数据序列,确定各工作时段的粉尘影响指标;基于各工作时段的磨损质量序列,计算两相邻工作时段的关联程度;利用两相邻工作时段的粉尘影响指标对该两相邻工作时段的关联程度进行修正,得到修正后的关联性;对不同工作时段进行标记,将相同标记的工作时段归为一类,分别得到独立工况以及包含至少两个工作时段的多个分组工况;计算独立工况与各分组工况的相似程度,根据相似程度,对该独立工况进行分析,并进行报警。即本发明通过引入粉尘影响指标对天车工作时的导电滑块的磨损程度进行修正,能够更全面地对其工况进行分析,便于及时检修。
