The invention provides a special maintenance vehicle for a circuit breaker mechanism in a 35kV cabinet, the special maintenance vehicle comprises a vehicle body, the vehicle body is provided with a hydraulic driving device, a lifting device, a supporting and fixing device and a walking device, and the hydraulic driving device serves as a power source and is used for controlling the lifting device to move up and down; the supporting and fixing device is in linkage with the lifting device and used for locking and lifting the circuit breaker mechanism, and the walking device is used for integrally moving the vehicle body. The invention further provides a using method of the special vehicle for overhauling the circuit breaker mechanism in the 35kV cabinet. The circuit breaker mechanism is locked from multiple directions, the hidden danger of slipping is eliminated, a proper overhaul area and a proper ground clearance are selected according to factors such as the number, the height and the to-be-overhauled parts of operators, accurate control over the ground clearance is achieved through a lifting position control knob, the operators can conduct upright operation, the working difficulty is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. The comfort level of maintenance operation is improved, the working efficiency is higher, and meanwhile, the personal safety and the equipment safety are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种35kV柜内断路器机构检修专用车,包括车身主体,车身主体上设有液压驱动装置、起降装置、支撑固定装置以及行走装置,液压驱动装置作为动力来源用于控制起降装置进行上下位移,支撑固定装置与起降装置联动用于锁定以及升降断路器机构,行走装置用于对车身主体进行整体移动。本发明还提供了一种35kV柜内断路器机构检修专用车的使用方法。本发明从多个方向对断路器机构进行锁定,消除了滑落隐患,根据作业人员数量、身高、待检修部位等因素选择合适的检修区域和离地高度,利用起降位置控制旋钮实现离地高度的精确控制,作业人员能够直立操作,降低了工作难度,提高了检修作业的舒适度,工作效率更高,同时保证了人身、设备的安全性。
