The invention discloses an automobile full-liquid-crystal instrument heating control system in a low-temperature environment, relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, and realizes automatic control of the temperature of a display screen of an automobile full-liquid-crystal instrument through a pure hardware circuit. When the ambient temperature of the liquid crystal screen is in a normal temperature state, the heating module does not heat; when the ambient temperature of the liquid crystal screen is lower than the preset initial heating temperature point, heating is started; the heating analysis module is used for performing heating analysis according to the PT1 temperature and the liquid crystal screen environment temperature, calculating to obtain a heating compensation value WB, and determining the output power of the heating module as PW according to the heating compensation value WB; constant-temperature heating control is realized; when the ambient temperature of the liquid crystal screen reaches a preset heating stopping temperature point or the PT1 temperature reaches a set value, the heating module is controlled to be closed through the heating control module, and burnout caused by too high PT1 temperature is avoided; the circuit has the advantages of being simple, efficient, reliable, novel, small in size, low in cost and easy to implement.

    本发明公开了一种低温环境下的汽车全液晶仪表加热控制系统,涉及车载电子设备技术领域,通过纯硬件电路实现汽车全液晶仪表显示屏温度的自动控制;当液晶屏环境温度处于常温状态下,加热模块不加热;当液晶屏环境温度低于预设起始加热温度点,开始加热;加热分析模块用于根据PT1温度和液晶屏环境温度进行加热分析,计算得到加热补偿值WB,根据加热补偿值WB确定加热模块的输出功率为PW;实现恒定温度加热控制;当液晶屏环境温度达到预设停止加热温度点或PT1温度达到设定值时,通过加热控制模块控制加热模块关闭,避免PT1温度过高导致烧毁;本发明具有电路简洁高效、可靠新颖、体积小、成本低、易于实现的优点。
