The invention discloses an insulating aerial work platform arm frame with high obstacle crossing capacity. The insulating aerial work platform arm frame comprises an insulating telescopic arm, a linkage folding arm, a rotary table and a driving device which are installed in sequence. The insulating telescopic arm comprises a basic arm and a main insulating arm with an insulating section, and the internal telescopic unit drives the main insulating arm to do translational motion in the length direction of the basic arm; the linkage folding arm comprises an upper connecting frame, an upper arm, an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, a lower arm, a lower connecting frame and a middle connecting rod which jointly form two groups of parallelogram structures; and the driving device realizes the rotation of the insulating telescopic arm relative to the linkage folding arm and the folding and stretching of the linkage folding arm. The cantilever crane device solves the contradiction among the equipment storage length, the crossing height and the operation safety, and realizes the insulating aerial work platform cantilever crane device with higher crossing height and safe and convenient operation under the same storage length.
