The device is characterized in that the main body assembly is composed of sample test tubes, heat-conducting fins, a water tank, a water injection hole, test tube grooves, a partition plate, a heat preservation layer and a water injection pipe, multiple groups of test tube grooves are formed in one side of the water tank, one group of test tube grooves are composed of a plurality of test tube grooves, two heat-conducting fins are symmetrically arranged at notches of the test tube grooves, and one ends of the heat-conducting fins penetrate through one side of the water tank and extend into the water tank; the sample test tubes are inserted into the test tube grooves, a partition plate is arranged in the water tank, the partition plate is close to the other side of the water tank, a heat preservation layer is arranged between the partition plate and the other side of the water tank, and a water injection hole is formed in the other side of the water tank.
