The invention discloses a space truss based on piezoelectric vibration suppression and a working method thereof. The space truss comprises 4N vibration suppression rods and N + 1 connecting frames, the connecting frame is square-frame-shaped; the vibration suppression rod comprises a pre-tightening beam, a supporting beam, a threaded rod, a positioning rod, a piezoelectric actuation module and a piezoelectric sensor. A threaded blind hole in the pre-tightening beam is in threaded connection with the threaded rod, and a positioning blind hole in the pre-tightening beam is in clearance fit with the positioning rod, so that the pre-tightening beam and the supporting beam press the piezoelectric actuation module; the N + 1 connecting frames are coaxially arranged, every two adjacent connecting frames are connected through four vibration suppression rods, and the two ends of each vibration suppression rod are perpendicularly and fixedly connected with the four corners of the corresponding connecting frame in a one-to-one correspondence mode. During working, the piezoelectric actuation module is controlled to generate vibration which is consistent with disturbed vibration of the space truss in phase and opposite to the disturbed vibration of the space truss in direction, and active vibration suppression is achieved. The method can restrain vibration of multiple modes of the space truss, is not limited by the order of the vibration modes, is easy to operate, is high in reliability, is wide in application range, and has a good application prospect.

    本发明公开了基于压电抑振的空间桁架及其工作方法,空间桁架包含4N个抑振杆和N+1个连接框;连接框呈方框状;抑振杆包含预紧梁、支撑梁、螺纹杆、定位杆、压电作动模块和压电传感器;预紧梁上的螺纹盲孔和螺纹杆螺纹相连,其定位盲孔和定位杆间隙配合,使得预紧梁和支撑梁将压电作动模块压紧;N+1个连接框同轴设置,相邻两个连接框之间均通过4个抑振杆相连,4个抑振杆的两端分别和这两个连接框的四个角一一对应垂直固连。工作时,控制压电作动模块产生与空间桁架受扰振动相位一致方向相反的振动,实现主动抑振。本发明能够抑制空间桁架多种模态的振动,不受振动模态的阶数限制,操作简单,可靠性强,适用范围广,具有良好的应用前景。
