The anti-rolling water tank comprises a water tank shell with an opening in one end and a plurality of damping plates, the two ends of each damping plate are arranged on the two opposite side walls in the water tank shell in a sliding mode respectively, and locking assemblies used for locking the relative positions of the damping plates on the water tank shell are arranged between the damping plates and the water tank shell. And a plurality of through holes are formed in the damping plate. The anti-rolling device is simple in structure, easy to repair and maintain, good in economical efficiency and applicability, small in occupied ship space and capable of achieving the anti-rolling effect at all navigational speeds.
