The method can adapt to most outdoor changeable environments, and data accuracy is improved; the buoy pollution flux monitoring has timeliness, so that long-time sampling work is avoided, the working efficiency is improved, and long-time and high-frequency acquisition data can be provided for a background; a remote communication module is arranged, change data can be analyzed on a back-end cloud monitoring platform, and the workload of analysts is reduced; the concept of flux is introduced, on the basis of water quality data, the flux of water flow pollutants is obtained in cooperation with flow data, and data with more reference significance is provided for follow-up treatment.
